Flying Dogs
A Fun and Educational Game for Kids
Flying Dogs is an engaging and educational game designed with younger players in mind. The game introduces players to the wildlife of Australia in a fun and interactive way. Set in a beautiful backyard in Trentham East, teeming with native animals, players embark on an adventure with four adorable dogs to explore their surroundings.
Players can choose from four unique canine characters:
Kaloo, a playful Jack Russell;
Elle, a sophisticated Black Poodle;
Willow, an energetic Yorkie; and
Numa, a friendly White Poodle.
Each dog has its own personality and, interestingly, reacts differently to gravity based on their weight, adding an exciting challenge to the gameplay. Players must guide their chosen dog through the scene, skillfully avoiding the ground and dodging birds that fly overhead.

Rough Sketches
These included initial designs for the characters, various game assets, titles, menu screens, and scenic backgrounds. These sketches laid the foundation for the overall look and feel of the game.

The storyboard was essential for bringing the game’s opening sequence to life, focusing on the characters' lip-synching and menu screen animations:
Character Designs
Final artwork was completed for two of the featured dogs, Kaloo and Elle, bringing their playful personalities to life through vibrant illustrations.
